Internal Calling and Paging Guide

Each facility supports internal communication through direct extension dialing (intercom), and paging. Here's how to use these features on your Polycom phone.

Direct Intercom
To call another extension directly:

1. Pick up the handset or press the Speaker button.

2. Dial the 3-digit extension of the department or person.

3. The phone will ring at the selected extension.
   
   

Paging Options

Use the paging functions for overhead announcements or to reach multiple areas at once.

- Page All (Overhead + All Phones)

1. Pick up the handset.

2. Press the Page All button on the phone.

3. Speak your message clearly.

4. Hang up to end the page.

This will send your message to:

• Overhead speakers

• All Polycom phones in the facility
  
  

- Page Overhead Only

1. Pick up the handset.

2. Press the Page Overhead button.

3. Speak clearly into the handset.

4. Hang up when finished.
