Clear Your Browser Cache

Clearing your browser's cache can fix common issues with websites, such as pages not loading correctly or appearing outdated. The cache is a temporary storage of website data (like images and scripts) that helps pages load faster on return visits.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome and click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete Browsing Data

  3. In the pop-up window, select a Time range. To clear everything, choose All time.

  4. Make sure the boxes for "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data" are checked.

  5. Click Delete data.


Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox and click the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Settings, then select Privacy & Security from the left-hand menu.

  3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click the Clear Data... button.

  4. Make sure both "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content" are checked.

  5. Click Clear.


Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge and click the three horizontal dots in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Settings, then select Privacy, search, and services from the left-hand menu.

  3. In the Clear browsing data section, click the Choose what to clear button.

  4. Select a Time range. For a full clear, choose All time.

  5. Make sure "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data" are checked.

  6. Click Clear now.
