Learn how to switch between facilities in PointClickCare when your user account has access to multiple sites. This allows you to work across facilities using the same username and password.

Switch Between Facilities in PointClickCare
1: Log in to PointClickCare using your existing username and password.
2: Once logged in, locate the facility name at the top of the screen.
3: Click the facility name to open the facility selector dropdown.
4: Select the facility you want to switch to from the list.
5: The page will refresh, and you will now be working in the selected facility.

Important Notes
- Your username and password remain the same across all facilities.
- Always confirm the facility name at the top of the screen before entering or editing information.
- Changes apply only to the currently selected facility.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
If you do not see another facility listed:
- Confirm that access has been added to your existing PointClickCare account.
- Log out and back into PointClickCare to refresh your session.
- Contact Caldera Support for assistance.
