Manage Your PointClickCare Profile Email

One-Time Setup:

To reset a PointClickCare password using self-service, a valid email address must be on file.

Steps: 

1. Log in to PointClickCare. (Link) 

2. Navigate to your User Profile.

3. Enter a valid email address or update your existing one.


4. Click "Save" to apply the changes.
